Registration Information
J-Hawk Soccer Club (4-8u)
The J-Hawk Rec Program is the foundation of the J-Hawk Soccer Club.
It is available for players toddler to 2nd grade. The focus is to learn the basics of soccer and to have fun in a non-competitive environment.
6 game season | 1 practices a week
Academy Program (9-10u)
Our Iowa United Academy Program is for 9-10u and builds on the foundational skills learned in recreational play and prepares the player for the Select Program. This program is for players who love soccer and want to develop individually as well as in a team setting.
7-game season | 1 Tournament per season | 2 practices a week
Travel Rec (11-19u)
Rec Players 9-16U play on Iowa United Rec teams that travel and play other clubs in Central Iowa that are members of the Iowa Soccer Association. The focus at this level is to stay active, learn new skills and play with friends.
7-8 game season | 1 Tournament per season | 1-2 practices a week
Select Program (11-19u)
Our Select Program consists of the fall and spring seasons for each school year for players who are 11-19u. Players are selected via tryouts held each June. The Select Program provides players with more competitive play with a focus on overall player development.
6-10 game season | 2 Tournaments per season | 2-3 practices a week
