Iowa Soccer Rec League (9-15U)

The J-Hawk Soccer Club has a club rec option for players 9U & up. These teams play in the Iowa Soccer Rec League in Central Iowa. This program is devoted to continuing to ensure that kids have an opportunity to enjoy and play the game of soccer. Players will have the opportunity to develop individual skills as well as learn to play in a relaxed atmosphere with friends.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: J-Hawk Jerseys with numbers (White & Navy), Shinguards, Soccer Cleats, Soccer Ball, Water Bottle    

9-10U Boy games are played on Sunday afternoons between 1-6pm

9-10U Girl games are played on Saturdays 9a-2pm

All 11-12U games are played on Sunday afternoons between 1-6pm

All 13-14U games are played on Saturdays

• Holiday Weekend (No ISL Games) - May 24-25
• Week 7 –  May 31-June 1

Fall 2025

• Coaches Meeting - August 6 @ 5pm
• Week 1 – September 6-7
• Week 2 – September 13-14
• Week 3 – September 20-21
• Week 4 – September 27-28
• Week 5 – October 4-5
• Week 6 – October 11-12
• Week 7 – October 18-19
• Week 8 – October 25-26
• Reschedule Weekend – November 1-2

Home games are played at Upper Walker or Martin Field in Urbandale and away games are played at surrounding Des Moines Metro locations. All games are scheduled by Iowa Soccer
